Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Small runs occasionally sell out between order and confirmation; in that case you are refunded in full.

Handmade variation

Colour, weave and finish vary between pieces made by hand. Such variation is a characteristic of the craft and is not treated as a defect.

Shipping and returns

Domestic orders dispatch within two working days.
Unused pieces may be returned within fourteen days.
Commissioned and personalised work is final sale.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Duties on international orders are payable by the recipient.
